The tasting dinner consists of: chef’s compliments, smoked cheese croquette, mini cheburike, salmon tartare, beef tail soup, hot dishes (must choose), duck confit, fried salmon, dessert, fried a’la panakota. This menu was compiled according to Ramučiai settlement. According to ethnographers, Ramučiai once had a fish market and farmed salmon, so there are even two dishes with salmon on the menu. Grandma’s mini cheburek is also added to the menu (the family business of this restaurant started from this dish). Gaurometis tea, which is from the Ramučiai area, is also served.
